`Feedback Hub` was saving unexpected screenshots in `My Pictures\feedback` #737

Related to GH-666

Feedback folder in 'My Pictures' looks having some screen shots that I didn't expect...

Looks like created before of uninstalling feedback hub in https://github.com/kachick/dotfiles/blob/830a3b94670cab7763e55f6bc95fd7c83f987f2d/windows/winget/bulk-uninstall.ps1#L25-L26

Removed and I always should run winget uninstall --exact --id Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe
