Rosreestr tiles split indefinitely #16

Before (early 2021) – Penza

Less than 40 objects received at some point

After (mid 2021) – Nizhny Novgorod

The number of returned object is always 40, even for small tiles. Many objects are outside the tile extent, probably due to newly introduced indexing or caching in the API.
