Include invites in My rides deprecating header button

Use SectionList to display invites, pending (sent requests for private events) and confirmed events

Tapping section header should fold / unfold the section

• Have an initialState.showSections: {invites, requests, confirmed} (all bool) to initially hide requests until header is tapped
  • Possibly in renderItem({section}) it could hide
