Simpler design without alternating styles in lists #160

Redesign

Ditch alternating styles
- Simplifies a lot
- Eventual dark mode support
[x] member count shows 0
[x] SelectTrails buttons / slightly improved, needs redesign
Locations list could be tiles w/ cover image

Migrate to bottom tab bar:

[x] location select screen list / map
[x] select trails / routes (add narrower skip / filter in the right corner?)

Get rid of colors in files

[x] Import all colors from Colors.*
[x] Eliminate unused colors from Colors

Resolves #153
