This is my first steps to investagate sequence of immunoglobulin heavy chain arabian camel

As my short reding about immunoglobulin heavy chain arabian camel I found that gene lenght in mammals between 110-140 (Is this correct or not?)

1-Then translate the region blast it using(TBLASTN) when I did it using blastp it shows no result Q: when we should use TBLASN and BLASTP? 2- did the multiple sequnce alignment and build tree
