Dear @malsaeed I completely agree with you the first tree has more chance to interpretation. So we will depend on the first tree for oct4 paper the next step is to explain this tree in the result section Good luck

Dear @malsaeed hope you are doing well..... I edited the amino acid homology table as you have notice early this morning.... we do't have a Geneious license at the moment so we gonna have to ask you to do multiple alignment using the sequences listed in the edited table..... please refer to Table 1. on the latex version.

This is the new multiple alignment but Two hump camel protein length is 340 and in the table is 309 ,Do you think there is something wrong or not
