Fix Compilation Error, Packaging for SWIG PythonAPI Generated file #74

Fix Compilation Error on 'QObject', 'Qlist' and 'QString' due to incomplete type error reported by the compiler.
Package pythonAPI.py generated by SWIG as part of install command.
Also, fixes the default library paths configured for IP-XACT file libraries locations.

Workaround for #75 , issue seems to be working again.

Hi Ameya, Sorry for the delay on this PR.

The only issue remaining is the workaround you put for #75, which loses the insert to correct position in the list. This is required for the parameters to be presented in proper order i.e. any referenced parameters are before the refering parameters.

I see what you mean. I will revert the change to file. Reverted workaround for #75 .
