[regtests] run a modified version of ReproNim/simple_workflow #3

Compare the outputs of ReproNim/simple_workflow with a variant that replaces the FSL commands with ANTs commands. Do this in different computing environments (i.e., Docker images), and minimize the containers with neurodocker reprozip-trace.

I am building the images on https://circleci.com/gh/kaczmarj/simple_workflow and hosting them on https://hub.docker.com/r/kaczmarj/regtests/tags/. The GitHub repo I am using is a fork of ReproNim/simple_workflow.
