It is incorrect to download x3dna-v2.4, which is a separate package from dssr. There is a separate link on the dssr website called
"DSSR 2.0 has been released, with a professional user manual. Here is an overview of DSSR 2.0. It surpasses 3DNA v2.4, with vastly expanded features and dramatically improved usability. DSSR 2.0 is licensed by Columbia University. Please visit the Columbia Technology Ventures (CTV) website to obtain a license and to download DSSR."
You will need to sign up for academic license using your yale email.
Here are the Mac and Linux versions for latest DSSR. x3dna-dssr.zip x3dna-dssr.tar.gz
I downloaded x3dna-v2.4 from the website and successfully ran the installation script and configured my environment. However, I can't find an executable called
x3dna-dssr
anywhere in the directory.
