e2efold is unable read longer molecules #8

e2efold throws an error when processing longer RNA molecules, specifically 1ffk, 2zjq, 4wf9.

See issue https://github.com/kad-ecoli/rna3db/issues/7 It is incorrect to use 1ffk which includes multiple chains. You should use 1ffk9, where the chain ID 9 cannot be omitted.
