"SD init fail" in the skr e3 v2 maple configuration #59

Hi! In the past i flashed marlin on the stock melzi board and everything went ok. Today i replaced it with a skr mini E3 V2, using a sd extender to flash the new firmware (maple version, no extras, MZ2), and while the printer works fine, it can't detect the sd extender anymore. Browsing the web, i found out it's a common problem, that happens in the firmware if marlin detects a device with no contents. does the brt firmware have extra options that try to detect file contents? Is NO_SD_DETECT enabled?
