rebalance_process: Remove 'stat' to all files in mount after ENOENT issue is fixed. #297

Listing all files in mount dir can very expensive and also does not make correct use of multi-processing ability of rebalance_process.cr script. When 'ENOENT' of xattr-set issue after rebalance is fixed, remove _entries.
