3D integration

Integrates QGIS 3D functionality.

• Drapes the currently rendered map into a 3D scene
• Allows using a raster layer as DTM
• Configure lights
• Navigation with Mouse + Ctrl + Shift
• Additional scene configuration

This is a basic port of QGIS integration of QGIS 3.34, many of the used widgets/classes are ported to QGIS with 3.36 and can be removed again when QGIS is updated in the future
