It seems no warning is emitted, but the application remains in english.

@m-kuhn this solves the loading of translations on my computer thanks to last commit in the PR (basically looking in kadas.sourcepole.com rather than in Kadas. Is this ok with what you expect for milx? Do you know why QSettings is called instead of QgsSettings? I'm a bit confused.
