Support for multiple identity providers in a single Registry Node #230

In the pilots there's an option for a municipality (B) to join the Registry Node of another municipality (A). Support & documentation is needed on how to configure Dex to support multiple identity providers. Assuming this is supported by Dex this taks will only be research and documentation.
