‘Label’ and ‘omschrijving’ attributes of 'ExtraDetailInfo' value issue. #59

In ‘ExtraDetailInfo’ element, ‘Label’ and ‘omschrijving’ this both attributes are optional in IMKL 2015, but after validating the GML/XML on Kedaster Portal output it gives error that it is required. So we added the attribute with value as null, please confirm these.
