Update the compact tool information

@chessai This is a preliminary rough draft. I haven't been able to try it myself yet (no Ubuntu instance yet and I hit issues trying to use Virtual Box on my personal laptop). -- Update: I was able to get a Ubuntu instance up, so this should be close.
