Smart Contract Security Audit Reports Added #23

i'm not sure if @kadenzipfel will agree that its appropriate to include a list of audit reports here at all.

if it does get included, it's probably best to include some of the more reputable firms along with some of the aggregated lists like 0xNazgul's list you included.

but tbh I see some really random "audit" companies on your list here.

also there are some glaring omissions like ToB, Chainsecurity, and Sigp

100% agree with @devtooligan here. i'm also more interested in indexing specific examples of audit findings which line up with those indexed in this repo
