sip2sip xcap server #103

i need to develop android application with presence simple functions for 
testing and learning propose.  rcs-ims- stack register corectly with xcap 
sipthor or it only seems to be ok. but i cant publish presence or add new 
contact. I supose that is maybe couse of different paths on the server or maybe 
couse of HTTPS? Can you help me with this problem or give me some tutorial how 
and what i need to change to fix this? Please.

By default we have deactivated presence since it is optional with RCS-e. You 
can activate it via the provisioning app (first tab). Then are provisioning 
parameters to set also (xcap server etc)
