What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start one to one chat
2.on receiver , make connection change from WiFi to 3g or vice versa (to create 
momentary connection break
3.on sender keep sending chat messages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MSRP Exception should be generated for all messages which are not able to 
transfer because of network not being available. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2.5.7

Please provide any additional information below.
success and failure report are off .Output stream is non blocking.
