Built-in certificates provided by the OS are not used for SIP over TLS #209

Even though the deivce may bring a lot of pre-installed certificates those are 
not used for SIP over TLS in the NIST part. Instead a dedicated root 
certificate needs to be installed amually even those it may come from a trusted 
CA is is already installed on the device.
My proposal would be to only use manually installed certificates if provided 
and switch to the pre-installed ones otherwise.
I do have the according changes as shown and discussed with Philippe and could 
commit them.
