OPTIONS are not checked by receiver, when sender non-gracefully terminate the video share #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A et B are in a call
2. A shares its camera
3. A loses data connection (but the call is still in progress)

What is the expected output?
After some time without receiving data, B should decide that the sharing 
session is over. 

The use case is present in the stack but not working because the exception is 
catched (and so the callback do not go up).
