Show Host Name on Main Screen #633

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Host doesn't connect
2. Press button on bottom right that displays version and Git
3. I don't know what host I'm connected to thus 50% of the time get same host 
message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Host name in bottom right of screen to save confusion

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
0.8.8-beta1

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
SGS i9000 Darky 11

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
eden; linux, windows 7, xp, win 8

Please provide any additional information below.
