Convert to using frequency instead of categorization #171

Changes the way nodes are displayed to using orange for people you've never seen:

Updates the filters:

It should also take into account the frequency at which you want to see someone when deciding what color to display them as. This PR does not allow a user to edit frequency but will maintain ignore lists.
