does not request permission on iOS 13 #24

facing this issue, i think its broken

@Epiczzor, I wrote that I could get access to the media library, but there you need to generate a token for the apple music, but for that you can go to the api apple music, through fetch or axios

you can write me a telegram (mns1kv), I'll give you advice on how to do it :)
