Selected item not coming to top of the list #153

When I start typing a word, relevant item not coming to the top of the list. Also, irrelevant items still appearing in the list. I have added a screenshot of this issue. https://imgur.com/a/O97iO

@mnibras can you please share your service? it is possiblle that it does not filter the results as it should
