Map Request - Srilanka #51

Would love to see the map of Srilanka. (It would help alot for the project i'm working on)

@gaveen5555 unfortunately there is currently no implementation of this map anywhere (you are very welcome to implement it, and I will add it :) ) Closing for now, will re-open once we have the map
