Allow/implement the assignment individual URN suffixes for each published item? #4

Currently no, since the PubId plugin class is designed for publication format objects, not for monograph objects -> adding support for individual suffixes for monographs would require more than the minimal effort. https://github.com/kadowa/omp-dnb-urn-plugin/commit/82de93333bd2787c1198d0548bebed37c837ebd6 removed the suffix edit options for publication formats for DNB URNs.
