create setting to lock the joystick

introduced new button type: toggle button

no other application for this special type exist yet, if there will be none I think its better to remove it and replace the setting with just a normal button (it's just smoother with a toggle button)

With the newest update the joystick lock setting is completely broken because the menu gets reinitialized every time i guess

yup, the setting didn't actually get saved. now we have all settings in the 'shared preferences' so they will even be saved if u close the application
