Netbook Freeze after sleeping with a usb mouse plugged

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect a mouse (usb)
2.Close the netbook (sleep)
3.Open the netbook (wake up)

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to continue my work but the netbook is frozen after a sleep with a mouse 
(usb) plugged

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac os x Snow Leopard 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
The netbook freeze after sleeping with a usb mouse plugged. But no problem when 
no device 
connected BEFORE sleep.

I can confirm this issue on 10.6.4 on my stock Dell Mini 10v.  Have used 0.8.4 
RC1 to build.  100% perfect other than this issue.
Exactly the same symptoms as Tankyse.
Also happens when netbook is left unused and it sleeps itself.
Cannot be woken with USB mouse plugged in either from lid closure or sleep.
