Dell Mini 9 Kernel Panic with 0.8.4RC1 and USB Legacy Disabled #255

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 0.8.4RC1 and OSX 10.6.3
2. Disable USB Legacy Support
3. Boot.

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 9

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the system to boot, instead  a kernel panic happens almost instantly 
after the Apple 
appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.4RC1 on OSX 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
The system boots fine if USB Legacy Support is enabled in the BIOS.
