need to plug into power/does't run on battery #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I'm not sure, but I think its related to having plugged in an external monitor. 
 Now even when the 
monitor is not plugged in, the 10v won't start unless plugged in and turns off 
immediately if 
unplugged.

What netbook are you using this on?
10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
