When booting 10V from prepared boot drive, continually getting the mac 'must restart your computer' screen #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Booting from flash drive- for the first time

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell 10V

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to start intall OS X install

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Snow Leopard 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I've gone through the list of instruction here:

I can't get the dell to boot up from the flash drive without getting the 
'restart your computer' screen. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
