What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open program
2.Try to click the tab where the name of usb device should appear
3.nothing happens
What netbook are you using this on?
Mac Book Pro
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected it to format the usb, but the tab where you were supposed to find
the usb file was not functioning
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version on Snow Leopard
