Dell Mini 10v reports 2.05GHz using 0.8.5pre, MacBook2,1 Model Identifier, No Speedstep #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install clean OSX 10.6.0 using NBM 0.8.3
2. Install NBI 20100616212351, reboot
3. Upgrade to 10.6.4 onwards
4. Install NBI 0.8.5pre, reboot

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see 1.6GHz and speedstep, observing 2.05GHz and no speedstep

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BIOS A06, OSX 10.6.6, problem observed with 10.6.4/5 also.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just another note: Speedstep did not work when using any of the NBI 0.8.4* or 
the special 2010* app either. Instead CPU was stuck on 1.6GHz, not 2.05.

Using the attached smbios.plist restores 1.6GHz, however speedstep is still not 
working; changing model identifier does not help.
