原查询接口http://2019.ip138.com/ic.asp 已经被关闭，现变为随机数据库，继续使用将导致无法获取真实的本地公网IP，而导致DDNS失效

感谢。 国内搭建此类服务需要提前备案，所以还是用已有的网站比较好
