I've had a few cases where everything was within +-3s but a chunk was moved by a minute, not only being completely wrong, but also scrambling the order of subtitles. It would be nice to have an option to force preserve the order. I think it would be a very valuable heuristic. Complementary to https://github.com/kaegi/alass/issues/43
