Remove info on hover? #115

Looking for a way to remove the text that shows when you hover over the Notes skin.

Found the solution after a bit more digging, for this specific case, you go to Notes.inc and add "ToolTipHidden=1" under "ToolTipText=#Path#" both under the "[Title]" and "[Notes]" sections
