What error message do you receive?
The skin "Enigma4Patch1\RMSKIN.ini" does not contain any meters and will be deactivated.
The file may be damaged or it may not be a valid skin.
It sounds like you unzipped the .rmskin package manually. After you download the package, you should be able to simply double-click to start the skin installer. If that doesn't work for some reason, you can start the skin installer manually. See here for instructions for both methods.
I tried both methods, but they both don't work
Can you provide a little more detail? What happens when you try?

I can't find the .rmskin package. When I try to install it manually, I get the error message.
The package will be wherever you downloaded it to. The thing that you're trying to extract files from is the package.
If you really need to do this manually, just copy the "Enigma" folder inside the package (Skins\Enigma) into your skins folder (C:\Users\YourName\Rainmeter\Documents\Skins).
I am closing the issue because this is a general Rainmeter issue rather than Enigma-related, but you can continue leaving comments if you need more help.
I tried every thing but I still get this error message. I am running Windows 8 64bit edition on a MacBook Pro. I am using boot camp. I don't know if this matters, but, I have 8gig of DDR3 ram with a Intel core i7 prosesser with 2.8 gigahertz.
