Recycler Icon Cannot be gotten rid of... #26

So I keep trying to unload the two Recycler icons I now have on my desktop but it says none are loaded. I tried refreshing all skins, but nothing happens it still says none of the Recycler icons are loaded. Please help.

Just turn off rainmeter, goto "Run" and type in "msconfig.exe" and press enter. Under the "Startup" tap remove "Rainmeter". Reboot (restart) your computer.

Now repeat the same steps but don't remove "Rainmeter" from the startup tab. Just add rainmeter and click "OK".

Hope it helps. If it fixed the problem, please mark as closed. I was posting this for others having this problem science it was posted in 2013.
