Engima Sidebar Skin problem #57

I have skins that are all used with enigma. I set them all to "on desktop" so that all of them stay there when I click on the bottom right to show desktop. The problem with this is that the sidebar always appears on top of my other skins and covers them whenever I start up my computer. I am just looking for a way to stop this. Using windows 7
