I set three different locations for world (London, Seattle, and Rio de Janeiro), but they are all showing a time that is equivalent to UTC+1.

Weirdly enough, I'm getting the correct weather for each of these locations, though.

The site that provided the timezone information no longer accepts incoming requests without logging in. This has been fixed in the latest commits.
