Wrong Uptime #77

Closed RainmeterUser closed 4 years ago

RainmeterUser commented 10 years ago

Enigma (Taskbar\System\Uptime) tells me, my pc is up for 2 days and 6 hours, but that's not true. Even if I've just started my pc it says something like up for 3 hours. How's that fixable?

I just noticed the same issue. Uptime is no longer correct. I rebooted today, but uptime reads over five days up.

I haven't notied that until now. When my PC boots it is on 4 minutes and it is there for about 10 minutes. Then is just goes to 4 days and 6 hrs which is not true. Also it doesn't say "m" for minutes it says "mm" which is for millimeters. Not sure why is that.

First of all, this is not an Enigma issue. This is a Rainmeter issue. You may want to start looking at asking for help on the Rainmeter forum before opening new issues here.

There is a known issue with Windows 8 where the system uptime can be a bit wonky. This is due to the hybrid shutdown that it does. This is somewhat discussed here: http://rainmeter.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=17680
