With this placed and attempting to load in user dir it does not work. Scenarios using it get translation error on launch screenshot_2020-04-16_000 .

add this to client.cfg and copy files into user directory, seems to work with this

R2EDExtendedDebug = 1; R2EDLoadDynamicFeatures = 1;
