would be nice to have durations where applicable show up on the bonus/malus window

in a similar fasion to the cooldowns displayed on the action bar.

Stacking buffs like bleed should also up on the buffs window, have duration (highest) and stack count too?

Also, some target buff / debuff display is missing?
