a full redesign of the syringe layer will solve this issue and some others. I'll try redesign it so it's flat, with a tube leading from the end of the syringe out to the side. the tube position should be adjustable.
redesign is well under way.
I'm designing this one to work through i2c as the first v3 layer. it won't be compatible with the v2 bot.
closing this, as a rebuild to v3 will solve it. also, I simply moved the track away from the wall, so it's no longer a problem anyway
the syringe arm, when fully extended, pokes out the far side of the robot.
try redesigning the syring holder so the microswitch detects the actual syringe's plunger, not the toothed arm
