increase height of side-rails on riser track. #13

the bot has slipped out of the track a few times while on the riser track.

to fix this, the riser track should be adjusted so its side-rails are higher.

maybe make the side-rails detachable so if a new one is needed, the entire thing doesn't need to be reprinted

I'll work to remove the rails from the side and create new rails that are smoother and higher above the track

I redesigned the riser track so it is straight and has detachable rails (so I could redesign those as needed)

I created rails that are about 10mm high above the teeth.

in my tests, the robot has not slipped off the track since I put these in place
