[enh] Add autoconfig file for thunderbird and apple stuff #1

Maybe it's not the right repo to create this issue, but at least we'll have it written down.

Thunderbird and iOS use xml file to auto-config mail client, and also cardav / caldav.

We can generate too K-9 Mail configuration for Android
