Infra: Release to Maven central #43

Will this JAR be released to maven central?

Not really, as it's not a maven dependency per se. You can find the jar in releases tho

My reason for wanting this is more to make is easy for me to consume.

My company (large enterprise) only permits downloads of JARs through their internal, private Artifactory instance. We can request items to be pulled off maven central into our Artifactory quite easily - and that is what I would like to do.

Downloading JARs/exes from Github will not work (they have blocked it on the network) within the company. Also downloading the source code from Github is problematic.

Would you consider having the JAR on maven central to aid distribution?

Might be helpful for some edge cases where one needs to extend the base serde. However, our bandwidth is currently very limited at the moment.
