Create jsendnsca-test.jar for others to use for unit testing #17

It would be good if we have access to a .jar which have the test classes for 
unit testing.

For example this class is handy 
com.googlecode.jsendnsca.core.mocks.NagiosNscaStub
Maybe there are a couple of other classes as well.

Attached is a patch to generate a -test jar with the stub for others to use for 
unit testing.

I have also attached the full build.xml file in case there is an issue with my 
patch
